Time Out from your myLotto24.ie player account

By activating time out, you will be signed out of your myLotto24.ie player account and you will be unable to log back in for the selected period.

It is not possible to cancel the time out from your player account under any circumstances once activated
  • While your myLotto24.ie player account is in time out, you can no longer place any bets, however existing bets such as subscription bets will continue to function as normal.
  • The pay-out of your existing balance can only be carried out by our customer service, which you can contact free of charge on 00800 3636 3636.
  • You will continue to receive advertising materials from us by email, post or through other channels. Please contact our customer service if you no longer wish to receive advertising materials during your time out.
  • Your player account will be automatically reactivated on expiry of the time out period.
  • If you have other myLotto24.ie player accounts, these will also be placed in time out. We will do everything we can to ensure that you do not set up a new account at myLotto24.ie for the duration of the selected period.
